We have an appointment at 10.30h, at the main entrance of Mercado da Ribeira where I will talk to you about the eating habits of the Portuguese, present our typical products, and together decide the lunch menu.
After we have bought everything we need, we head to the kitchen (50 m from the market) where anyone who wants can get their hands dirty, but whoever just wants to talk and drink a glass of wine is also welcome.
When lunch is ready, we will go to the table to enjoy the various Portuguese dishes and wines and continue the conversation.
