Refunding Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the experience.
For a 50% refund, cancel within 72 hours before the the date of the experience.
No refund for cancellation with less than 72 hours before the date of the experience.

You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to 72 hours before the experience start time.
