Workshops for those who want to get their hands dirty and learn, live and with me, how to prepare each of the menus I propose in the book. At the end of each one, as in the show, we’ll have dinner together!
20 workshops, one per menu, that will take place every Thursday, starting on the 21st of April, always between 6:30 pm and 9:30 pm, at Mesaluisa , in Lisbon.
At the beginning of each month, I will publish the menus for each week, but for those who already have the book, the workshops follow the same order!
We started with the Virginia menu, a 52-year-old working women living in Porto in the 1920s: Peppers Soup , Cod with Chickpeas and Puffed Apples!

* Each workshop has only 8 places and the registration deadline for each workshop is always the previous Monday (subject to availability, of course). The Workshop only takes place if you have 6 registrations.
